What is the minimum age?
Players must be 16+ to play unaccompanied. Players aged 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is it safe?
Yes. All rooms are fully monitored, have emergency exits, and our staff are trained in safety protocols.
Can I bring my phone?
No. Phones and cameras are not allowed inside the rooms to preserve the experience and prevent spoilers.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. The rooms may be cold and you will be moving around.

Accessibility
Our venue is located in a basement with stairs only, and there is no wheelchair access. The experience involves flashing lights, loud noises, and sudden scares, which may not be suitable for those with photosensitivity or heart conditions.
Stairs only
Both rooms are accessed via a single staircase from street level. No lift is available.
Sensory warnings
Flashing lights, loud sirens, and sudden movements are used in both rooms and increased in Terror Mode.
